Gabriele Vincenzi

Lawyer – Upon completion of his training, he gained professional experience and expertise mainly in civil and commercial litigation, both before the courts and in arbitration, providing legal assistance to domestic and international clients even in the pre-litigation phase. He has, in addition, gained experience in out-of-court consulting in the management of M&A transactions and contract drafting in commercial and corporate law, corporate governance structuring.
