He has gained more than 30 years of professional experience with expertise in administrative law, public economic law, procurement and concessions, public contracts, TLC, urban planning, expropriations for public utility, pharmaceutical law, sports law, European administrative law, energy law, divestment of state and public entities’ assets and holdings, local public services, election litigation, and litigation before the Court of Auditors. In these areas he has assisted and assists leading companies, public agencies, contracting stations and individuals, in court litigation, arbitrations and out-of-court activities.<\/p>\n

ANAC referee. Served as legal advisor at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department of European Affairs, in charge of coordinating technical tables convened for the transposition of EU Directives.<\/p>\n

Author of four monographs and more than thirty articles and essays, many of them published in A-range journals.<\/p>\n
